What is storytelling?
An impactful narrative.

Everyone carries stories from their own experiences within them—a powerful tool that can also be found within teams and organizations.

These stories can strengthen bonds, inspire, give meaning to action, and promote understanding.

StoryJam provides a methodology for impactful storytelling and offers a framework—the time, space, and support—to develop and share meaningful stories.

How?

StoryJam’s methodology, applied in every workshop, coaching session, or event, links individual experience to a deeper meaning for audience members, whether they are colleagues, fellow students or a larger public.

For who?

Storytelling is accessible to everyone. It draws its strength from the authenticity of the storyteller’s lived experience– an authenticity that matters as much in the professional sphere as the personal one.

Why?

Because nothing makes an impression or stays in our memory like a true story, well told.

The StoryJam method

Through guided exercises, each participant draws on their own experience to develop a story to be shared—on stage, within a team, or in a speech, pitch, or educational lesson. StoryJam’s techniques allow a true story to takes shape, structured around key elements such as rhythm, humour, suspense, and vivid visual detail. Each story is then refined to enhance its clarity and impact and to draw upon the authenticity of the voice telling it, before being shared aloud, either as a standalone story or as part of another format.
